Overview

This series of intelligent digital display power meter is a high-precision meter developed for power measurement and display in power grid and automatic control system. It has the advantages of intuitive display, high precision, good stability and strong vibration resistance. CPU digital processing, AC true RMS measurement, CT (PT) can be set through the panel keys. Optional: 1 relay control output, can be set to: upper limit; lower limit; upper and lower limit, 2 digital output, RS485 communication interface, using standard Modbus-RTU protocol, can be directly connected with industrial configuration software, easy to group network, 3. Operating Instructions


1. key definition
Function key SET: It is used to enter the menu, and it is the confirmation key in programming mode.
Shift key: Cycle through the nixie tubes in the selected page, and the selected nixie tubes are flashing.
Increase key ¡ø: Enter the setting value, change the value of the flashing digital tube (the numbers cycle from 0 to 9).

2. Operation method
Use the menu key SET to select the setting page, use the increase key ¡ø to enter the setting value setting, use the shift key and the increase key ¡ø to change the digital tube value on the page, adjust to the desired value and press the function key SET to confirm and exit the programming state.

Instructions

1. Press and hold the SET button for 6 seconds to enter the menu, the r-H (for setting direct reading parameters) mark appears, and then press SET again to enter the set value (0005), this value is the displayed value (ie the base value), this You can use the up key ¡°¡÷¡± to change the large value, and you can also use the down key ¡°¨Œ¡± to change the small value. Press the SET key again to display the r-K (set magnification) mark, and press SET again to enter the set value (0001). At this time, you can use the up key ¡°¡÷¡± to change the large value, and you can also use the down key ¡°¨Œ¡± to change the small value.
Note: If it is a simple function, after completing the operation through the above keys, press the SET key continuously to exit.

2. If you want additional functions, you can continue to complete the operation through the following keys:
Press the SET key again to display the Addr (communication address) sign, and press SET again to enter the set value (0001). At this time, you can use the up key ¡°¡÷¡± to change the large value, or use the down key ¡°¨Œ¡± to change the decimal value. Press the SET key again to display the BAUD (baud rate) mark, and press SET again to enter the set value (9600). At this time, you can use the up key ¡°¡÷¡± to change the large value, or use the down key ¡°¨Œ¡± to change the decimal value . Press the SET button again to display the ALHL (alarm) sign, press SET again to enter the upper limit alarm setting (AH-Y), if you want to set the lower limit alarm, you can press the up button ¡°¡÷¡± again to enter the lower limit alarm setting (AL-Y) ), then press SET to display the (ALN) sign, then press SET again to enter the alarm value setting menu (2000). At this time, you can use the up key ¡°¡÷¡± to change the larger value, or press the down key ¡°¨Œ¡± Change the decimal value.

Matters Needing Attention

1. Before use, the meter needs to be powered on for 15 minutes.
2. Pay attention to prevent vibration and impact, and do not use it in places with excess dust and excess harmful gases.
3. The input wire should not be too long. If the input end of the signal under test is long, please use a twisted pair shielded wire.
4. If the signal is accompanied by high frequency interference, a low frequency filter should be used in the line.
5. When not in use for a long time, please turn on the power for no less than 4 hours every three months.
6. Long-term storage should avoid direct light, and should be stored at -10¡æ~70¡æ.
7. If there is no display on the meter, first check the auxiliary power supply to see if the voltage is within the specified range.
8. If the display is abnormal, check whether the input signal is normal and whether the signal terminals are tightened.
9. Unless the PT has enough power, the PT signal cannot be used as an auxiliary power supply at the same time to ensure the normal operation of the instrument.
10. The screws of the current terminals in the CT circuit must be tightened to ensure reliable contact between the incoming and outgoing wires to avoid malfunctions.
11. To calibrate the instrument, the calibration instrument should be better than level 0.1 to ensure the calibration accuracy.
