Installation method
(1) Base type: Fix the 8-core relay base on the 35mm rail or directly on the mounting plate through the mounting screw holes.
(2) Embedded: A 45+0.5¡Á45+0.5mm² hole is made on the installation panel, and the monitor is fixed on the panel through the installation bracket.
Function
Two sets of sensors and heaters can be connected externally, and the temperature and humidity changes of the measured environment can be detected at multiple points at the same time. The temperature range is a fixed temperature zone according to user requirements. When the temperature of the measured environment is lower than the set lower limit, the controller drives the heater to work. At this time, the measured environment starts to heat up. When the measured environment temperature reaches the set When the upper limit is reached, stop heating. The control of relative humidity is that when the humidity sensor detects that there is a tendency of condensation in the measured environment, the controller drives the heater to work to destroy the conditions for condensation.
There is a heater disconnection alarm function inside, the temperature zone is 5~15¡ãC (can also be specified by the user), and the humidity control has two options of 88%RH and 75%RH. The output can be manually controlled, so that it can remove moisture more flexibly, control the temperature, realize automatic adjustment, and ensure the efficient and safe operation of automatic operations.
Use
Mainly used in various forms of switch cabinets, circuit breakers and mechanism boxes, automatic heating and dehumidification and automatic heating in low temperature environments, to prevent switch malfunctions caused by insulation creepage or mechanism failures caused by low temperature environments . It can also be used in other occasions that require automatic dehumidification and low-temperature automatic heating.

Precautions for use
1. When the power is turned on for the first time, if the ambient temperature is higher than the temperature control target temperature value, the temperature control indicator light will go out, which is a normal phenomenon. Make the temperature sensed by the sensor drop below the temperature control target temperature value, and the temperature control indicator light is on. If yes, it means that the temperature control circuit is working normally.
2. To test the condensation monitoring unit, you can use a humidity generator or breathe out, approach the condensation sensor for about 5 seconds, the corresponding indicator light on the monitor is on, and the load starts to work; keep away from water vapor, the indicator light is off, the load stops working, indicating condensation The monitoring circuit is working properly.
Special reminder, do not immerse the condensation sensor directly in water or drip water or spray high-temperature steam on it! ! ! Otherwise, it is easy to cause a short circuit of the condensation sensor, and the monitor cannot be started and controlled normally.
3. In order to ensure the reliability and sensitivity of the condensation monitoring unit, please check regularly whether the condensation sensor is polluted by dust, and if so, it must be cleaned in time. Condensation sensor cleaning conditions:
Solvents are not allowed, and can be wiped gently under water vapor with a cotton swab.
4. The state of the "88%RH/75%RH" button: when it is popped up, the condensation control point is 88%RH; when it is pressed (the indicator light is on), the condensation control point is 75%RH.
5. "Auto/Manual" button state:
When it is popped up, the system is in automatic working state; when it is pressed down (its indicator light is on), it can be forced to heat and check whether the heater is normal. If the heater is disconnected, the corresponding indicator light will flash and light, and the alarm output contact will be closed.
6. Running status indicators, when the condensation I and condensation II are on, it means that the ambient humidity is too high, and the condensation is turned on; when the temperature control I and the temperature control II are on, it means that the ambient temperature is too low, and the temperature is turned on.
If the monitor is found to be working abnormally, check whether the operating voltage and ambient temperature and other working conditions are within the specified range, and whether the sensor connection is disconnected or short-circuited.
