Function Description

Multi-power parameter measurement function (optional):
The device has the function of measuring electrical parameters, measuring three-phase current, three-phase voltage, active power, reactive power, apparent power, power factor, grid frequency, zero-sequence current, forward and reverse active energy, forward and reverse reactive energy Equivalent power parameters, measurement accuracy 0.5%, can directly replace the instrument function on the panel.
Wireless contact temperature measurement function:
This device has a temperature measurement function, the temperature sensor is a watch strap, and the standard length of the watch strap is 34 cm; according to the contact points of the watch strap, it can be divided into 3-point temperature measurement, 6-point temperature measurement, 9-point temperature measurement, and 12-point temperature measurement. temperature, each 3 straps are installed on the upper and lower contacts of the circuit breaker or the copper bars of the bus bar, and the three phases of A, B, and C are respectively yellow, green, and red straps; each strap has its fixed contacts The address corresponds to the address on the host of the device, and communicates with the host to upload the measured real-time temperature to the host of the device.
The temperature measurement range of the strap is -20¡ãC~120¡ãC. When the contact temperature exceeds 70¡ãC (factory setting value), the device¡¯s overheating alarm indicator lights up, and the overheating alarm relay contacts are closed and output.
Digital input function (optional):
The device can be equipped with switch value input function, which can reflect the switch position information, and can be transmitted by remote signal, up to 6 switch value input interfaces. The digital input interface is a passive dry contact input, and the power supply has been provided inside the device.
Communication function:
This device can be equipped with RS485 communication interface and modbus protocol, which can transmit real-time temperature and humidity values, contact temperature monitoring values, real-time power data, data switch status information, a series of parameters such as heating, disconnection, exhaust, overheating, etc.

Strap Sensor Installation

(1)3-point temperature measurement: tie the first pair of straps (1/2/3) with the same contact numbers to the contacts on the circuit breaker, and the temperature measurement contact surface of the straps is close to the contacts;
(2)6 Point temperature measurement: tie the second pair of straps (4/5/6) with the same contact numbers to the lower contacts of the circuit breaker, and the temperature measurement contact surface of the straps is close to the contacts;
(3) 9-point temperature measurement: tie the third pair of straps (7/8/9) with the same contact number to the busbar copper connector attachment, and the strap temperature measurement contact surface is close to the copper bar;

The temperature monitoring points of high-voltage electrical equipment are all in the environment of high voltage, high current, and strong magnetic field, and even some monitoring points are still in a closed space. Due to problems such as strong electromagnetic noise, high-voltage insulation, and space limitations, the usual temperature Measurement methods cannot solve these problems and cannot be used. The wireless temperature monitoring system independently developed and designed by our company uses radio waves for signal transmission. The sensor is installed on the high-voltage equipment and has no electrical connection with the receiving equipment, so the system fundamentally solves the problem that the operating temperature of the high-voltage equipment's contact is not easy to monitor online in real time.
The wireless temperature monitoring system has extremely high reliability and safety, and can be directly installed on each high-voltage switch, busbar connector, outdoor knife switch, transformer and other electrical contacts that are prone to high temperature. The system is equipped with a standard communication interface and can be run on a network. Through the host computer software, the real-time operating temperature data of the high-voltage equipment can be recorded. It provides historical data for the maintenance of high-voltage equipment, and realizes the predictive maintenance of high-voltage equipment thermal failure.

The wireless temperature sensor is composed of temperature sensor, signal modulation and amplification, logic control circuit, wireless modulation interface, etc. (as shown in the figure below). The sensor sends the collected temperature signal to the wireless temperature measurement host through the wireless network.

¢ÝAfter the strap is fixed, you can tie up or cut off the excess extended part of the strap.

Precautions

¢ÚThe temperature measuring contacts of the wireless temperature sensor should directly contact the surface of the part to be measured, and cannot be installed through a heat shrinkable sleeve, otherwise the measurement will be inaccurate.
