2.2 Principle structure diagram of wireless temperature sensor
The wireless temperature sensor is used to measure the temperature of the surface or contact of high-voltage charged objects, such as the operating temperature of exposed contacts in high-voltage switch cabinets, busbar connections, outdoor knife switches and transformers. The wireless temperature sensor is composed of temperature sensor, signal modulation and amplification, logic control circuit, wireless modulation interface, etc. (as shown in the figure below). The sensor sends the collected temperature signal to the wireless temperature measurement host through the wireless network.

¢ÙThe cabinet should be powered off during installation; ¢ÚAttach the temperature measuring contacts of the wireless temperature sensor to the object to be measured; ¢ÛPull one end of the wireless temperature sensor strap through the other end and slowly tighten it; ¢ÜUntil the strap is tightly tied to the object to be measured, be careful not to pull too much, it is better to just tighten it; ¢ÝAfter the strap is fixed, you can tie up or cut off the excess extended part of the strap. |
Precautions |
¢ÙBefore installation, turn on the switch of the wireless temperature sensor. ¢ÚThe temperature measuring contacts of the wireless temperature sensor should directly contact the surface of the part to be measured, and cannot be installed through a heat shrinkable sleeve, otherwise the measurement will be inaccurate. |
